Established in 1985, SOS Systems is a leading provider of print and document management solutions in South East England. ISO9001 2000 accredited, we are one of a select few Canon Platinum Partners in the UK. Our head office is in Crawley, West Sussex.
We help customers nationwide achieve their compliance obligations and digital transformation objectives through a portfolio of innovative print software and services. I joined SOS Systems Ltd in 1989 and progressed to Sales Director in 1998. I strongly believe that the type of solutions larger organisations require are increasingly being delivered effectively by more flexible and dynamic organisation. Long term relationships and an unrelenting passion for business improvements is at the heart of what we do.
We continuously strive to deliver game changing technologies that both enhance our client’s workplace, but also challenges the status quo.
This approach has been crucial to SOS successfully deploying not only national but global solutions, a trend I am passionate to continue.

Graeme Savage
Commercial Director
I joined the SOS Systems sales team in 2003, following a successful career in International Financial Services. I now head up the commercial side of the business.
My strategic focus is around developing new service streams in line with our client demands, as well as developing growth within targeted market sectors, both key areas to the success and expansion of the business.
James Overton
Business Development Director
I joined SOS Systems in April 2018 after 23 years in Sales, in IT, Software and Managed Print Services. I knew that SOS Systems were one of the most respected Document Solutions companies around and was very excited to join the team.
My role is to help grow our business, with a focus on Sales, Marketing and Lead Generation. I also look after some of our key customers, to make sure they get the best value from us.
